Building Management System
An integrated system is needed for the needs of building managers in managing buildings. The building management information system is a system that helps building managers from leasing, recording IPL, recording Sinking Fund, recording electricity and water to financial reports. This system is specifically designed for building managers, office buildings, mall managers, apartment managers.
The system specialized in processing building tenant’s data, starting from building tenant data, electricity and water bills, as well as IPL and Sinking Fund bills. For electricity and water bills, the system was created to upload excel data ranging from star meters, end meters and payment schedules, making it easier to monitor due payment schedules. Carried in this system, monitoring is summarized in a report, ranging from operational to financial reports so the analysis process can be carried out properly.
The control system is summarized in a Finance report. Starting from AR Card Reports, AR Aging Reports and others, making it easier to find out who has and has not made their payment obligations.
The modules in this system include:
- Building Management (Management of apartments/buildings) namely Billing bills to tenants, work orders (WO), input unit rentals.
- Meter system i.e. recording of electricity and water meters.
- Account Receivable (AR) i.e. Cashier Recording, generating fines (penalties), inputting deposits.
- Account Payable (AP) which records obligations to suppliers.
- Cash Bank, which is to input daily expenses/receipts.
- General Ledger.
- Purchasing i.e. Making PR, PO
- Inventory Control i.e. GRN, Stock Card
- Fixed Assets
The management building as a whole, starts from the installation of water, installation of electrical circuits, parking management, to the management of the lease between the building management and the building tenants.
